SUMMER SPRINT | LIMITED SPOTS | WAITLIST OPEN

SUNDAY SPRINT™

The week your brand catches up to everything you’ve already built

BRAND & WEBSITE DESIGN IN A SINGLE SPRINT

You’ve been putting this off for six months, maybe longer. And every time you send someone to your website, you do that thing where you half-apologize for it…or skip the link entirely just to explain yourself over DMs.

This is the week that ends.

$5000 - 50% to book, 50% before we begin

Brand Styling included when you book by April 30th..

Brand Styling is a standalone service I offer separately—your color palette, typography system, and visual direction, all built from scratch. It’s normally a $1000 add-on.

For Summer Sprint bookings made by April 30th, it’s included. That means we walk into your sprint week with a complete visual system already built, and every hour of the week goes straight to your website.

You already know you need this.

The site’s been bugging you. The brand hasn’t felt right in awhile. You’ve thought about it at least four times this month while scrolling someone else’s feed, while typing a reply to a lead you want to impress, and while starting at your homepage at 9pm wondering why it looks like you designed it in 2021.

(You did design it in 2021…)

You’ve wanted to do this for awhile, but every design process you’ve looked at comes with a three-month timeline and a level of hand-holding that makes you tired just reading about it.

The Design Sprint is a different kind of service.

One week.

Focused.

Done when we’re done.

You clear a few days. I do the work. And on the other end of it, your brand and website finally look like the business you’ve been running this whole time.

The approach

The ceiling depends on you…

…and I mean that as a compliment.

Every sprint looks different depending on the scope, the pace, and how fast decisions get made. Here’s what real sprint weeks have looked like:

  • A wedding photographer walked away with full brand styling (colors, typography, new logos), 8 designed pages, plus hidden page shells for five future service categories and backend SEO setup.

  • A personal stylist and gifting curator got brand styling and ten pages of website plus image optimization across the entire site and foundational SEO with page titles and meta descriptions on every page.

  • A wedding coach and educator got brand guidelines, a sales page, custom coding, copy edits, mobile optimization, accessibility checks, video walkthroughs for her blog and shop, and styling adjustments to every existing page (and there were a lot). Different kind of sprint—less building from scratch, more strategic overhaul of a site that needed to work harder.

The more present you are, the more you walk away with. Respond fast, make decisions with your gut, and treat the week like the shortcut it is…that’s when we get the most done.

The Process

Here’s how the week works,

  • You’ll fill out a short intake form and send over whatever brand assets you’ve got. Most people knock this out in an afternoon. It is not, I promise one of “those” questionnaires that makes you feel like you’re applying for a small business loan.

We’ll also get on a call, align on priorities, confirm what we’re building, and I get everything I need to go heads-down. You tell me what matters most. I tell you what’s realistic. We agree on the plan, and then I disappear into it.

  • This is my head-down day. You don’t need to do much—just be within arm’s reach of your phone in case I have a question. (I probably will, but it’ll be fast)

  • I send you everything I’ve built. You look at it, sit with it for a minute, and then give me feedback by the end of day.

  • Round two. I take your feedback, refine what’s there, and keep building. By the end of the day, you’ll have more to look at. Simply get back to me that evening so I can hit the ground running again in the morning.

  • This is where everything gets polished and finished. I’m working through your last round of feedback and tightening every detail. By the end of the day, what you have is ready to use.

  • Everything's wrapped, organized, and sent your way—along with a walkthrough video so you know exactly where everything lives and how to use it.

  • You’ve got 30 days to reach out with questions, tech weirdness, or the inevitable ‘wait, how do I change this one thing.’ I’m here. Additional design work isn’t included in this window, but I’m not going to leave you stranded either.

  • Once you’ve had a few days to poke around, we hop on a call to answer your questions and take the site live. This is better than doing it all on a Friday afternoon, trust me—you’ll actually know what to ask by then.

Client Words, Not Mine

The results

“Hiring Shannon was one of my best decisions. The foundation of my business finally feels organized and aligned.”

— Kelly F., Matchmaker

I finally have a site that matches the expertise I offer. Shannon got what I do, and it all just clicked.”

— Claire R., Personal Stylist

“My brand and site feel like a breath of fresh air. Everything works together now—and it shows.”

— Kaysha V., Brand Photographer

“I’m not really sure how you got all of this done in 3 days, but I’m amazed and IN LOVE.

— Alyssa B., Personal Stylist

You already know if this is you.

You’re done waiting until everything is figured out. You’re the kind of person who makes a decision and moves. You might want to see two directions, but you’re not going to sit on feedback for four days or second-guess a color palette into the ground.

You know what your business is. You just need it to finally look like it.

If that’s you, the sprint is built for how your brain works.

Not sure what your brand needs yet?

Some clients want to lock in their brand direction before the sprint starts so every hour of the week goes toward building, not deciding.

The Sunday Strategy Intensive is a two-call deep dive where we get clear on your brand direction before any design work starts. It’s the right first step if you want to come into a sprint knowing exactly what you’re building. It’s $850, and it credits back toward your sprint if you book within 30 days.

FAQs

FAQs
  • Send me a message and let’s figure it out before you book anything. I’d rather spend five minutes making sure a sprint is the right fit than have you fill out the Sprint Workbook wondering if you’re in the right place. That helps exactly no one.

  • On Days 1 and 3, I need you reachable via Voxer (it’s a free walkie-talkie app—I’ll send you the link when you book). Those are my build days, and I’ll have quick questions that keep things moving. Day 2 and Day 3 evening are your review windows—I need your feedback by end of day. Day 5, I send everything to you with a walkthrough video, no call needed. We schedule a Q&A call the following week once you’ve had time to poke around.

Outside of those touchpoints, have a normal week. Go to Target. Take your kid to the park. The sprint is happening on my end—I just need you for the decision moments.

  • The Sprint Workbook and whatever brand assets you have. Logos, fonts, photos, that Google Doc of ‘ideas’ you started at midnight—whatever you’ve got. Give yourself a couple of weeks before your sprint date to pull it together. The more organized you come in, the faster we move.

(Most clients finish the prep in a weekend)

  • We’ll push your sprint date to my next available date. I’d rather start 2 weeks later with everything I need than start on time with half of it. Incomplete prep means a slower sprint, and that’s the opposite of why you booked this.

Without completed pre-work, I cannot begin your project, as the intensive's efficiency relies on having all materials ready. If you're concerned about the pre-work requirements, let's chat in a consultation call to ensure you feel confident about the process.

⚡ Quick Tip: Check your calendar for any upcoming commitments and give yourself adequate preparation time.

  • Then we got through the right things. I’d rather do three pages exceptionally well than six pages halfway.

I want two things for you: a quick, effective Intensive, and the highest quality design.

That means that I’m going to use my time wisely, but I’m not going to rush through it. Every project is different, and if I think that your desires for your sprint overshoot what I’m capable of doing well in 4 days, I’ll tell you before we start—and we’ll prioritize so you walk away with something you can use the next day.

  • Yes. Some businesses just have more to build—more offers, more pages, more moving parts. A second sprint is how we handle bigger scope. If you book it at the same time as your first sprint or within two weeks of wrapping up, you’ll get $500 off because we skip the ramp-up entirely. I already know your brand, your preferences, and how you make decisions. After that window, it’s a fresh sprint at full price.

  • Of course! A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due in full by the beginning of Day 1.

How clients describe the Sunday Muse Effect

“She took my ideas and turned them into exactly what I was imagining — but better. Her artistic direction? Unmatched.”

-Samantha, Copywriter

“I was overwhelmed by the idea of designing a website that would capture my ideal clients and match my brand, but Shannon did all of that and more. The finished website is everything I hoped it would be.”

-Jessica, Personal Stylist

Your website has been on the to-do list long enough.

One week. You show up ready to make decisions. I handle the rest.

And then you never have to half-apologize for your homepage again.
