HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

Prep
After you book your Express Edit, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This email will contain important instructions including how to schedule your Kick-Off Call. All pre-work must be completed at least one week before your Intensive in order for this to be successful.

Day 1
I’ll get to work right away and spend a few hours working on your project. You’ll be involved by simply giving me feedback and input throughout your time, but do not need to be available. At the end of Day 1, you’ll receive an email with what I worked on and any links to review it. This is your chance to ‘sleep on it’.

Day 2
This is where I put a modern twist on the traditional VIP Day. This is all about reflection and refinement, giving you the space to review and provide feedback. Feedback is due by the end of Day 2.

Day 3
With a full cup of coffee in hand, I’ll get to work again, making any revisions based on your feedback. I’ll then spend any remaining time completing any additional work on your list. We’ll hop on a call to review everything, hand it off to you, and chat about the next steps.

Support
I’ll stick around, available via email, for 30 days for any questions you may have. While this support period doesn’t include additional work or services, I’ll happily answer any questions or send you a quick tutorial video if you’re stuck on how to do something.

While I know what works for The Express Edit, I don’t know what the inside of your business looks like. I don’t know how quickly you’ll respond and give me feedback during your Intensive.
The beauty of The Express Edit is it’s about you. You get to choose what I work on. I’ll tackle it in order of priority, so your most pressing ideas come to life first.

I want two things for you: a quick, effective Express Edit, and the highest quality design.
That means that I’m going to use my time wisely, but I’m not going to rush through it. Every project is different, and if I think that your desires for your Express Edit overshoot what I’m capable of doing well in 3 days, I’ll tell you early and honestly if I think you need more than one intensive. -
Pre-work is essential for your Intensive's success. This includes gathering your brand assets, website content, and completing questionnaires - typically taking 2-3 weeks to prepare.
Without completed pre-work, I cannot begin your project, as the intensive's efficiency relies on having all materials ready. If you're concerned about the pre-work requirements, let's chat in a consultation call to ensure you feel confident about the process.
⚡ Quick Tip: Check your calendar for any upcoming commitments and give yourself adequate preparation time. -
Communication happens via Slack - quick and easy! You'll just need to be available for feedback throughout the day. (Heads up: We might need one quick video call for tech setup, but it's totally casual!)

Of course! A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due in full by the beginning of Day 1.
