It’s not enough for your website to be your “storefront.”

It has to be an entire sales pitch—one that speaks directly to the engaged couples you want to book.

Yes, you have a stunning portfolio and years of experience.

But does your website actually position you as the professional that you are?

You’re not imagining it…

The wedding industry is wildly different from how it was in 2019 (or 2022, for that matter).

  • You’re getting inquiries, but when you show up to the consultation, it’s a red flag parade (an uncle who’s a photographer! no planner! asking for influencer discounts!).

  • You know what you book this year is what will be in your portfolio for 2027 couples, but the inquiries you’re getting are out of synch with the business you want to build.

  • Everything used to feel easier, but your market became super-saturated in the past few years, and now you struggle to stand out.

  • You’re usually booked out for next year by November, but your 2026 calendar has big gaps—and you can’t quite figure out why.

Whether you want more inquiries or just better ones, your website might be interfering with your goals.

Your online presence right now influences your 2026 revenue numbers—and the type of weddings in your portfolio when couples start booking for 2027, 2028, and beyond.

In other words, if your website isn’t looking ahead, it’s easy to fall behind.

But a new site might be just the momentum you need heading into 2026.

When your website copy & design sell your expertise and reflect the work you want to book in the future, you can expect to:

Receive inquiries from couples whose weddings are ones you’re going to want to feature in your portfolio

01 -

Start consultation calls by hearing “we already know we want to book you, this is just a vibe check”

02 -

Show up not just in Google, but also in ChatGPT search (it’s not the future, it’s already here)

03 -

Land on preferred vendor lists because it’s easy for creative partners to see the value in your work

04 -

MEET THE TEAM

Andrea Shah, Andrea Shah Copywriting

ANDREA SHAH

Expert in conversion copywriting, sales psychology, SEO, and how engaged couples approach planning

Ever heard the saying “it’s hard to read the label from inside the jar”? It’s a cliché because it’s the truth.

That’s why you need a copywriter. First, I’ll narrow down why your clients have loved working with you. Then I’ll find out what engaged couples in your market need to know before they feel comfortable breaking out their credit card.

The end result is copy that sells your services but feels like a conversation with an old friend.

Now let me pass the phone to…

Shannon Pruitt, Sunday Muse Design

SHANNON PRUITT

Expert in intentional design, brand strategy, buyer psychology, and making sure your website doesn’t feel like a second job

Back when I was a wedding planner, I saw way too many good vendors lose clients just because their website didn’t match how good they actually were.

That’s what got me into design in the first place.

Now I help people build brands and websites that feel like them, work for them, and hold up without needing a million updates. It should feel easy to send someone your link and even easier for them to say yes.

  • You want a website that makes engaged couples feel like they’ve been warmly greeted, handed a signature cocktail, and invited into a conversation.

  • You want to work with a copywriter and a designer because you know you’ll see better results when both the words and the visuals are on point.

  • You like to move fast. We’ve created this process so you can have a new website in under 3 weeks. (Better start creating that launch post for Instagram now.)

New Year, New Site is for you if:

THE PROCESS

  • Once you’re booked, we’ll send you a questionnaire so you can fill us in on your brand, what’s happening in your business and what your 2026 goals are.

  • If this were a relay race, Andrea would be up first. She’ll study up on your goals and read every review she can find. Then, using her knowledge of how engaged couples are buying right now, she’ll craft 3 pages of SEO-optimized copy.

  • Then she’ll pass the baton to Shannon, who will take her copy and your branding, and design 3 full pages in Showit or Squarespace.

“If you feel that you really understand who you are as a brand but you don't have the words to shout it from the rooftop yet, then hire Andrea.

She has the uncanny ability to extrapolate all the things that make you and your brands "yours" and hand you copy that will knock your socks off. On the other side of it, you will be hard pressed to remember a time when she wasn't on your team.”

Meghan Ely, OFD Consulting

“Before working with Shannon at Sunday Muse, my website felt outdated and didn’t reflect who I am or where my business is now. Shannon made the process so easy from start to finish. She’s organized, kind, and communicates everything clearly, which is so appreciated when you’re working on something as important as your brand and website. She was incredibly patient with me, and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. My site finally feels like me, and it’s already connecting with the right clients.”

Have questions? We have answers.

  • Yes, you’ll get a round of revisions each. But because we’ve streamlined everything, you’ll have 48 hours to review your copy once it’s delivered, and 48 hours to request changes to the design.

  • If you already have minimum viable branding (a logo, a color palette, and typography), all you have to do is share it in your intake form and Shannon will go from there.

If you don’t at least have the above, you can purchase a branding add-on that includes a color palette, a typography suite, and a text-based logo.

  • If you have more than one offer—say you’re a wedding photographer who also does family sessions—you’ll have the option to add extra pages when you inquire.

  • Understandable. The fastest way to reach us is by sending a DM or a voice memo to @andreashahcopy or @sundaymusedesign on Instagram. We’re keeping an eye on our inboxes.

If you can’t look at your website and confidently say that you’d book yourself based on what you see, we need to talk.
