POV: You just became a Sunday Muse Design® client

….here’s what happens next

You landed on my site, felt that spark, and thought “Wait… she might actually get it.”

Maybe you’ve been lurking my site or IG for a while, keeping tabs. Scrolling through my past projects, skimming blog posts, reading testimonials, and wondering if this whole brand and web design thing is finally something you’re ready to invest in.

Or maybe you stumbled here today and thought, “Sure, why not?”

Either way, I’m so glad you’re here. And it sounds like you’re curious about working together.

Well… I want to make it incredibly easy to picture exactly what that looks like.

Let’s walk through the whole process:

Step 1: You inquire

You fill out the inquiry form on my site and tell me what you’re looking for—whether that’s a fresh brand, a high-converting website, or both.

From there, I personally review every single application.

You’ll get one of two replies:

  1. "Looks like a fit!" I’ll send over a link to book a 20-minute call so we can figure out which offer best fits your goals.

  2. "Not a fit right now"—and I’ll tell you why. It might be timing, scope, budget, or something else. Either way, I’ll be kind, clear, and (if I can) I’ll point you toward next steps.

Step 2: We hop on a quick call

It’s short and sweet. Just 20 minutes to talk about what’s going on in your business, what your goals are for the next year or two, and which service makes the most sense for you right now.

This is where we figure out whether you’re booking:

I’ll walk you through what each one includes, how long it takes, and what you’ll walk away with.

Step 3: You get your proposal (or direct booking link)

If you’re booking a Brand Strategy Intensive or Brand & Web Intensive, you’ll get your direct booking link.

If you’re opting to start with the Signature Brand & Web Experience, I’ll send over a proposal with the package we talked about, plus a contract and payment details.

Once that’s signed and your deposit is paid—we’re official!

Step 4: Onboarding begins

You’ll get a welcome packet that includes:

  • the timeline for your project

  • what to expect and when

  • what I’ll need from you (and when)

  • and access to a shared Google Drive where you’ll upload whatever I need.

Depending on the service you booked, there may be a kickoff call too.

And yes, you’ll also get a little gift in the mail from me. (It’s not a pen. Or a notebook. And that’s all I’m saying.)

Step 5: You’ll fill out a questionnaire

Some of my services come with a more robust intake process, but if you booked a Brand & Web Intensive, it’s short and streamlined. Promise.

This gives me all the context I need to start your strategy, moodboards, and creative direction.

Step 6: Strategy & ideation begins

Every project starts here—whether we’re doing branding, web design, or both.

I don’t believe in designing in a vacuum. Your strategy is what makes your brand work, and it sets the foundation for everything that comes next.

This is where I’m reviewing your intake form, researching your market, and planning the creative direction.

I keep you updated along the way (asynchronously, of course—no extra Zoom calls unless we need one).

Step 7: Design & development

This is the part where everything comes to life. Your brand design. Your site structure. The fonts, colors, layouts, and interactions that make your business look and feel like you.

If you booked the Signature Brand & Web Experience, this is where I also begin development—making your Showit or Squarespace site real, responsive, and ready to go.

Step 8: Review & refine

You’ll get time to review everything, add comments, and request revisions. Depending on your package, we’ll also hop on a final walkthrough call where I show you how everything works.

(So you don’t get stuck trying to figure out how to update your site next quarter.)

Step 9: Delivery & support

Once everything is finalized, I’ll send over your full brand kit, final files, login details, and whatever else you need to launch with confidence.

You’ll also get a launch checklist and (depending on your package) tutorials to walk you through everything.

Step 10: After launch

If you want to keep me in your corner, we can talk about ongoing quarterly brand + website support. I only take on a few of these at a time, so ask early.

Even if you don’t need that, you’ll still hear from me about once a month.

I’ll keep celebrating you long after the project wraps. (And I’m working on getting better at updating my portfolio. Truly. Cobbler’s daughter energy.)

That’s the process.

→ If you’re reading this and thinking, “Okay, this feels good,” the next step is easy. Head over to the inquiry page and tell me a little bit about what you’re working on.

I’ll take it from there.
